LESS GUESSWORK. MORE CLARITY.
From the first allocation to a changing week, keep the details close to the schedule.

Move or resize allocations on the timeline. Use contextual actions to open, duplicate or delete, with date editing available on touch screens and keyboards.
See daily commitments alongside available hours. Approved time off reduces availability, and capacity warnings help you review exceptions before saving.
Switch between the timeline and a readable agenda. Find people by name, role or team, and use keyboard controls to select dates.
LIVE UPDATES. YOUR EDITS STAY YOURS.
Saved changes appear while you’re viewing. If the schedule changes during an affected edit, Harbor keeps your draft and lets you review what’s new.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Open the app and sign in with an authorized Google account. Your workspace administrator manages access. This development release does not offer public self-service signup.
No. Drawing opens a draft with the person and dates filled in. Choose a project, review the hours and capacity, then explicitly save the allocation. Moving or resizing an existing allocation can save a valid change directly; conflicts open for review.
Saved updates refresh the board while you view it. Changes that affect your draft prompt a review. Bringing an update into your draft does not save it—you decide when the revised allocation is ready.
Your draft stays in the open tab while Harbor reconnects and checks the saved schedule. Unsaved work is held in memory: closing or reloading the tab can lose it. Recovery downloads are offered in conflict and access-loss states.
Daily allocations across weekdays, confirmed or tentative commitments, and approved time off. Harbor is an evolving development release; timed or recurring allocations and external integrations are not available yet.
